Nicorette est le nom commercial d'un substitut nicotinique visant à faciliter le sevrage après l'arrêt du tabac. Il est en vente sans ordonnance.
À l'origine disponible sous forme de timbres (patchs) pour une application cutanée, une gomme à mâcher (à base de polacrilex de nicotine) ainsi qu'un inhalateur ont été par la suite mis en vente. Ces produits agissent en faisant pénétrer leur substance active, la nicotine, dans la circulation sanguine.
Il existe d'autres marques, telles que Prostep®, Habitrol®, Nicotrol® et Nicoderm®.
