net|ways est un progiciel de marketing, créé en 2002. Son éditeur est basé en Europe et Amérique du Nord. Aujourd'hui, net|ways a comme clients des marques telles que Mars, Gefco, Nestlé Waters, Kia Motors, Quick, Conforama.[réf. nécessaire]

Le progiciel net|ways contient deux solutions : Nucleus (gestion de planification marketing) et Cappture (gestion de campagnes e-mailing).
