Un neiman est un dispositif antivol installé sur la colonne de direction des automobiles, un système mécanique comprenant 75 pièces différentes miniaturisées.
Inventé en 1931 par l'industriel Abram Neiman qui créa une entreprise autour de cette invention, il fut popularisé après la seconde guerre mondiale.
L'entreprise Neiman appartient aujourd'hui au groupe Valeo, au sein de la branche Valeo Securité Habitacle (VSS).
