Le North East Art Rock Festival, ou NEARfest, est un festival international annuel de rock progressif créé en 1998 par Robert LaDuca et Chad Hutchinson, qui se déroule aux États-Unis à Bethlehem (Pennsylvanie). La première édition a lieu en 1999.

Faute de vente suffisante de billets, le 25 mars 2011, la direction du festival annonce en ligne que l'édition 2011 est annulée.
L'édition 2012 aura lieu du 22 au 24 juin, au même endroit. Cette 13ème édition, appelée Apocalypse, sera la dernière[1].
