Mostapha Bakkouch est né en 1930 à Batna en Algérie. Il a participé activement dans l'Organisation spéciale (Algérie) (l'OS). Dans son livre Journal d'un oublié [1] [2], il raconte son itinéraire. Aussi, il a écrit également Message d'outre-tombe et autres nouvelles.
