More Fool Me est la quatrième piste de l'album Selling England by the Pound du groupe de rock progressif Genesis, sorti en 1973.
C'est l'un des deux titres de la « période » Peter Gabriel sur lesquels Phil Collins assure le chant principal (l'autre étant For Absent Friends sur Nursery Cryme).
Musicalement, la chanson est beaucoup plus épurée que le reste de l'album, étant uniquement constituée de chant et de guitare acoustique. Elle a été écrite par Phil Collins et Mike Rutherford, assis sur les marches d'Island Studios. Elle fit de Phil Collins la vedette de la tournée consacrée à Selling England by the Pound.
Une version live est présente dans le coffret Genesis Archive 1967-1975, sorti en 1998.
