Monastic est une association française regroupant plusieurs communautés religieuses monastiques. Elle gère la marque Monastic qui certifie qu'un produit artisanal a été fabriqué par des moines ou des moniales. Elle a été fondée en 1989 en réaction aux publicités télévisées du fromage « Chaussée aux moines » qui utilisent des personnages de moines.
En 2007, l'association regroupe environ 230 monastères, majoritairement catholiques. Néanmoins, en sont aussi membres le monastère orthodoxe de la Protection-la-Mère-de-Dieu à La Bastide-d'Engras dans le Gard et les diaconesses protestantes de Reuilly. Quelques monastères d'Europe de l'Ouest en font partie.
Pour qu'un produit puisse porter la marque Monastic, il doit subir une transformation par des moines (affinage du fromage, préparation en confiture, modelage et cuisson d'une poterie, etc.). La gamme des produits s'étale de la gastronomie aux objets de décoration, en passant par des livres et des produits de jardinage ou de beauté.
Gérée et animée par des moines et des moniales, l'association organise des formations économiques et sociales pour ses membres.
