Miloš Zahradník enseigne à l'université Charles de Prague. Il travaille sur la physique statistique, dont le but est d'expliquer le comportement et l'évolution de systèmes physiques comportant un grand nombre de particules. Il est également connu pour son livre « Nous avons développé l'algèbre linéaire » (en tchèque) écrit en collaboration avec le physicien Luboš Motl.
