Les États Mid-Atlantic (Mid-Atlantic States, aussi appelée Middle Atlantic States) ou plus simplement Mid Atlantic forme l'une des neuf divisions géographiques des États-Unis officiellement reconnues par le l'United States Census Bureau. Cette division comprend les trois États du New Jersey, New York et de Pennsylvanie[1].Cette définition correspond à la définition traditionnelle de la région comme une partie de la côte Est des États-Unis entre la Nouvelle-Angleterre et le Sud des États-Unis. Cependant beaucoup considère le Mid-Atlantic comme les États au sud du Nord-Est des États-Unis, centré sur le Delaware, le Maryland et la Virginie.
Les États du Mid-Atlantic traditionnel comprennent la population la plus dense des neuf régions des États-Unis centré sur la mégalopolis BosWash qui s'étend de Boston à Washington.
