Antinoupolis ou Antinoé (en grec ancien Ἀντινόου πόλις Antinoou polis ou Ἀντινόεια Antinoeia, nom copte Ansena, nom actuel Sheikh 'Ibada) est une cité antique égyptienne sur la rive orientale du Nil, en face d'Hermopolis Magna. Elle fut créée par l'empereur voyageur Hadrien (117-138).
Cette cité romaine abritait la mémoire du jeune favori de l'empereur, Antinoüs, mort suite à une noyade dans le Nil. Il fut divinisé grâce à une assimilation osirienne.
Le culte était pratiqué dans son temple, l'Antinoéion. Des jeux annuels comprenant des courses de char étaient tenus. Le culte de la déesse Héqet et du dieu Khnoum y était très vivant.
Au début de l'ère chrétienne, la ville était un évêché[1].
