L'anthrisque sauvage (Anthriscus sylvestris) encore appelé cerfeuil des bois est une plante herbacée bisannuelle ou vivace (parfois annuelle) de la famille des Apiaceae.

Description

Inflorescences

On la trouve au printemps le long des routes. Elle est assez grande.Sa racine contient un lignane antimitotique (empêche la division cellulaire) elle est donc toxique.
