Mario Testino, né le 30 octobre 1954 à Lima, Pérou, est un photographe de mode péruvien.
Aîné de sept enfants, d'un père italien et d'une mère irlandaise, Testino a étudié à l'université du pacifique (Pérou), puis à l'Université catholique pontificale du Pérou et à l'Université de Californie à San Diego. En 1976 Mario Testino s'installe définitivement à Londres.
Il a collaboré avec les plus grands magazines comme Vogue ou Vanity Fair entre autres, mais il a aussi collaboré avec des personnalités comme Brad Pitt et Angelina Jolie, Kate Moss, Kate Winslet et Emma Watson pour Lancôme, Gisèle Bündchen ou encore la Princesse de Galles Lady Diana.
Il a beaucoup travaillé avec Carine Roitfeld (rédactrice en chef du Vogue France jusqu'en janvier 2011) depuis le début des années 1990.
