Ricardo Lemvo est un chanteur de salsa, rumba zaïroise et soukouss originaire de la République démocratique du Congo (ancien Zaïre) qui réside à Los Angeles.
Il a d'abord chanté des rancheras mexicaines.
Il est devenu ensuite le chanteur du groupe de salsa et rumba Makina Loca. Les membres de ce groupe sont : Mofongo, Jesús Alejandro Pérez ("El niño Jesús", cubain résidant au Canada), John, Dante, Serge, Cuco, Wee-Kilo, Arturo, Kiko
Il a aussi chanté avec Africando.
Il chante en espagnol, lingala, kikongo, français, portugais , anglais et turc.
Il interprète souvent des chansons de Sam Mangwana.
