Liutpert, né après l'an 680, est un roi lombard d'Italie règnant en l'an 700, puis de 701 à 702.

Fils du roi Cunipert, Liutpert gouverne avec pour tuteur Ansprand, duc d'Asti. Il est déposé peu de temps après par une révolte dirigé par Raghinpert, duc de Turin. Il réussit cependant à remonter sur le trône quelques mois plus tard mais est de nouveau renversé par Aripert II : il est assassiné par noyade (702).
