Angel-Invest est une société d'investissement leader en France dans le Capital Risque (Venture Capital). Particulièrement active dans le secteur de l'Internet, Angel-Invest s'est illustrée en 2006 par la cotation de la société Newsweb sur Alternext, ainsi que la cession à un prix record (33 M€) de la société Directinet à son concurrent anglais Interactive Prospect Targeting. Créée en 2000 par un comité de 12 Business Angels, dont Charles Beigbeder, Emmanuel Henrion, Henri Le Menestrel, Philippe Lanternier, Fabrice Henry et François Dubrule, Angel-Invest a cédé en juillet 2006 la société 2foismoinscher au Groupe 3 Suisses International. Angel-Invest compte toujours dans son portefeuille les sociétés Consotel, conseil en stratégies telecom, et l'agence de presse Relaxnews.
