La liste ci-dessous est celle des écorégions d'Indonésie.

L'Indonésie est à cheval sur deux grandes écozones terrestres. La ligne Wallace, qui passe entre les îles de Bornéo et Sulawesi, et entre celles de Bali et Lombok, sépare ces deux écozones.
