André Azoulay, né le 17 avril 1941 à Essaouira au Maroc[1], est un journaliste, homme d'affaires, politologue et homme politique marocain.
Conseiller des souverains Hassan II et Mohammed VI, époux de l'écrivain Katia Brami, il est à l'origine du programme de transformation de la ville d'Essaouira. Il préside notamment l'Association Essaouira-Mogador et le Printemps musical des alizés.
André Azoulay est également président élu de la Fondation euro-méditerranéenne Anna Lindh pour le dialogue entre les cultures, basée à Alexandrie (Égypte). Il est aussi membre du comité des sages pour l’Alliance des civilisations à l'ONU, président délégué de la Fondation des trois cultures et des trois religions, basée à Séville (Espagne), et administrateur du Forum méditerranéen et du centre Shimon Peres pour la paix[2].
