LightZone est un logiciel de traitement d'images photographiques développé par Light Crafts.
Ce logiciel se distingue de ses concurrents par une approche du traitement se rapprochant des manipulations traditionnelles réalisées en chambre noire. Ainsi, Lightzone ne propose pas de courbes de correction, mais des outils simples et compréhensibles par un photographe habitué, par exemple, au zone system. Les corrections apportées à l'images sont appliquées par couches successives. Ces dernières peuvent éventuellement porter sur une partie de l'image, à la manière des masques appliqués sous l'agrandisseur. Les masques sont créés très simplement, à l'aide d'outils de dessin vectoriels, et leur contour d'action peut être progressif.
D'un abord déroutant, l'utilisation de ce logiciel de traitement de photo devient familier au même titre que des applications plus traditionnelles, comme Photoshop
