Main à main
Le main à main est un sport qui se pratique à deux: la première personne est le porteur, la deuxième étant le voltigeur. Le porteur va recevoir le voltigeur en se servant uniquement de ses mains, c'est-à-dire qu'il va le soulever à la seule force de ses mains.
Il faut des années d'entraînement pour pouvoir soulever un corps d'environ 70 kg (pour un homme); il faut non seulement soulever la personne mais la garder en équilibre soit sur un bras, soit sur sa nuque placée inversement.
