Rusty Staub

Rusty Staub (La Nouvelle-Orléans, 1er avril 1944-) était un joueur de la ligue majeure de baseball qui joua pendant 23 saisons avec les Astros de Houston, les Expos de Montréal, les Mets de New York, les Tigers de Detroit et les Rangers du Texas. Il frappait de la main gauche et lançait de la main droite. Pendant sa carrière, il a surtout joué dans le champ droit, au premier but et comme frappeur désigné. Surnommé Le Grand Orange, les Montréalais gardent un bon souvenir de lui : il fut le premier joueur vedette des Expos, et son numéro de joueur (#10) fut le premier à être retiré par l'équipe.
