Larisa Arap (Арап, Лариса Ивановна) est une activiste russe, défenseur des Droits de l'homme à Mourmansk, et militante du "Front civique unifié" [1]. Elle est considerée comme une victime d'abus psychiatriques (Psikhushka) en Russie en 2007[2] [3],[4],[5],[6],[7],[8],[9].
