Laolag (la "Ville de Laoag", en iloquen Siudad ti Lawag ; en anglais, City of Laoag ; en chinois, 老沃, Lǎowò) est une ville des Philippines située dans la région d'Ilocos, province d'Ilocos Norte. C'est le centre industriel, commercial et politique de cette province.
En 2000, Laoag avait une population de 94 456 habitants.
L'économie de Laoag est centrée sur l'agriculture ; principalement sur le riz et le tabac.
Laoag signifie "lieu de la lumière" en ilocano. Laoag était un centre de commerce connu du Japon et de la Chine lorsque les Espagnols y arrivèrent en 1572. Des missionnaires espagnols y installèrent une église en 1580.
Laoag est officiellement devenue une ville en 1965.
