LF Rothschild est une banque d’affaires fondée en 1899. Basée aux Etats-Unis, elle n’a aucun rapport avec les banques des branches anglaises ou françaises de la famille Rothschild. Au début des années 1980, elle mène l’introduction en bourse de sociétés de hautes technologies, dont Intel et Cray Research. Suite au krach boursier d'octobre 1987, elle a été rachetée par la banque américaine Franklin Savings Association, mais sa holding a dû se mettre en faillite en 1989.
