Kiyotsugu Hirayama (平山清次) (1874-1943) est un astronome japonais.

Il est connu pour avoir découvert que la similarité des orbites de certains astéroïdes ne pouvait être le fruit du hasard, ce qui a conduit à définir la notion de familles, qui sont aussi appelées familles de Hirayama en son honneur.

  • Il existe un cratère baptisé à son nom (en) sur la lune.
  • l'astéroïde no 1999 porte également son nom.
