Kikugawa (菊川市, Kikugawa-shi?) est une ville de la préfecture de Shizuoka, au Japon.
La ville a été fondée le 17 janvier 2005 par la fusion des bourgs de Kikugawa et Ogasa (district d'Ogasa, dont les autres bourgs ont été assimilés aux villes de Kakegawa et Omaezaki).
La population de la ville est de 47 058 habitants pour une superficie de 94,24 km2 (2010).
Les symboles municipaux sont le théier, la chrysanthème et la bergeronnette des ruisseaux.
Les productions agricoles de la ville sont le thé vert, le melon, la laitue et les myrtilles.
