Keith Sinjohn Joseph, Baron Joseph, qui portait pendant sa vie publique le nom de Sir Keith Joseph (né le 17 janvier 1918, mort le 10 décembre 1994) était un parlementaire britannique. Il fut ministre sous trois gouvernements dans les années 1970 et 1980. Il est considéré comme l'éminence grise de l'élaboration du thatchérisme.
Il créa le Centre for Policy Studies, think tank libéral, en 1974 auquel se joignit Margaret Thatcher. Il exerça une influence importante sur ses idées politiques, comme elle le reconnut dans ses Mémoires en 1995[1].
Son apport principal fut l'application du monétarisme à la politique économique britannique.
Chef de sa mouvance, il détruit ses chances d'accéder au pouvoir lors d'un discours au cours duquel il semble tenir des propos eugénistes. Margaret Thatcher, qui bénéficie de son soutien, prend alors sa suite.
