Jona Lewie, de son vrai nom John Lewis, né le 14 mars 1947 à Southampton (Hampshire) est un chanteur, auteur, compositeur et multi-instrumentaliste britannique.
Il obtient son premier succès avec le titre Seaside Shuffle (1972) au sein du groupe Terry Dactyl and the Dinosaurs (qui est en fait le groupe Brett Marvin and the Thunderbolts). Son plus grand succès sera ensuite Stop The Cavalry, qui est restée une très populaire chanson de noël en Grande-Bretagne et en Allemagne. Son titre suivant, Louise connaîtra un grand succès en Australie.
