Jiří Kylián
Jiří Kylián, né à Prague le 21 mars 1947, est un danseur et chorégraphe tchèque de danse contemporaine.
Formé à Prague puis au Royal Ballet School de Londres, il rejoint le ballet de Stuttgart en 1968 sous la direction de John Cranko, et y devient chorégraphe. Il devient directeur artistique du Nederlands Dans Theater de 1975 à 2004. Son style est très énergique, fondé sur des bases techniques relativement classiques mais revisitées de manière contemporaine. Parmi ses travaux les plus connus, on trouve Symphony of Psalms (1978).
