Danse irlandaise dont il existe différents types :
- Slip Jig : exclusivement féminine, s'effectue en soft shoes. Elle a un rythme unique (9/8) et requiert grâce, souplesse et force.
- Light Jig : se danse en soft shoes (ghillies), et n'existe qu'au niveau 1 (Bun Grad). C'est une danse qui, comme son nom l'indique, doit être enlevée et sautillante.
- Single Jig : se danse en soft shoes (ghillies), et n'existe qu'au niveau 1 et 2 (Bun Grad), bien qu'il en existe plusieurs versions.
- Double Jig, Heavy Jig ou encore Treble Jig : se danse en hard shoes (claquettes), la chorégraphie devient de plus en plus difficile à mesure que l'on progresse de niveaux.
- Jig : contrairement aux quatre autres, ne se danse pas en compétition, mais surtout en représentation. Il se fait en hard ou en soft shoes.
