L'Alleröd est une phase de variation climatique à la fin de la dernière glaciation.
Au cours de cette période, les températures remontent à des niveaux comparables à ceux que nous connaissons actuellement. Un climat doux et humide s'installe. La végétation s'accroît et colonise des zones occupées par les glaciers. Les forêts s'étendent. Le niveau de la mer remonte d'environ 60 mètres.
La fin de cette période voit un bref retour du froid qui cède la place au climat actuel.
Cette période est nommée d'après la ville d'Allerød au Danemark où des dépôts créés au cours de la période ont été recensés pour la première fois (Publication en 1901 par Hartz et Milthers).
Datation de cette période au radiocarbone BP : entre 11800 et 11000 BP.
