Le Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (Front Populaire de Liberation) est un parti marxiste au Sri Lanka. En 2004 ce parti politique s'est allié avec la présidente Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga afin de former un gouvernement.
En 2005, après le tsunami, il s'oppose fermement à la création d'un mécanisme conjoint entre les indépendantistes tamouls (LTTE) et l'État srilankais afin de distribuer l'aide internationale.
