Jala neti est une technique de yoga, qui permet de rincer et nettoyer les cavités nasales à l'aide d'eau tiède salée.
Pratiquée quotidiennement lors de la toilette matinale par les adeptes indiens de yoga, la technique est connue sous la forme de pulvérisation de sérum physiologique en Occident, mais n'est employée que lors de rhumes et autres maladies qui touchent les sinus, avec l'avantage de guérir plus vite.
Le Jala Neti est aussi pratiqué en compétition de manière sportive. Des championnats du monde ont lieu chaque année. L’édition 2011 a eu lieu le 28 août à Amsterdam ; le russe Fedor Konyukhov a été sacré champion du monde pour la troisième année consécutive.
