Ivonka Survilla ou Surviła (en biélorusse: Івонка Сурвіла) née en 1936, Stowptsy (Stołpce), à l'est de la Pologne, aujourd'hui dans le voblast de Minsk en Biélorussie est la Présidente de la République populaire biélorusse en exil, basée à Toronto. Mère de deux filles, dont une vit en France, elle a cinq petits-enfants,[1].
Elle a vécu au Danemark, en France et en Espagne avant de partir au Canada en 1969.
Quelque temps après la catastrophe de Tchernobyl, Ivonka Survilla et Zina Gimpelevich créent la "Canadian Relief Fund for Chernobyl Victims in Belarus" (CRFCVB). Cette organisation caritative apporte une aide médicale sous diverses formes, avec des visites de médecins entre le Canada et la Biélorussie, l'accueil de jeunes biélorusses malades dans des institutions canadiennes.
En 1997, Survilla a été élue présidente de la République populaire biélorusse. Cette organisation combat le président biélorussie Loukachenko qu'elle considère comme « anti-biélorusse ». Du fait de cette prise de position claire contre le régime biélorusse, elle a dû rappeler que sa fondation avait uniquement pour but d'aider les enfants biélorusses, sans pour autant être une organisation politique.
