Isahaya (諫早市, Ishaya-shi?) est une ville japonaise située dans la préfecture de Nagasaki.
En 2010, la ville avait une population estimée à 141 151 habitants pour une densité de 439 hab/km². La superficie totale de la ville est de 321.23 km².
La ville a été fondée le 1er septembre 1940.
