IRS Records (IRS voulant dire Independant Record Syndicate) est une maison de disque américaine fondée par 1979 par Miles Copeland III qui devient le président. Depuis sa fondation elle porte à la carrière de plusieurs artistes comme Fine Young Cannibals. D'abord distribué par A&M Records jusqu'en 1985, année où il devient la propriété de la compagnie Music Corporation of America jusqu'en en 1990, année de sa vente par EMI qui l'achète en 1994. IRS Records disparaît et fait un bilan de ses activités le 11 juillet 1996.
