Hydrophis belcheri est une espèce de serpents marins de la famille des Élapidés. Ce reptile vit dans la mer de Timor, au large de l'Australie, et possède un venin très puissant.
Le nom de l'espèce, belcheri, est dédié au collecteur du spécimen ayant servi à décrire cette espèce, H. Belcher.
