Howard Phillips

Howard Phillips (né le 6 février 1941) fut l'un des fondateurs du U.S. Taxpayers Party qui changea son nom Parti Constitutionnaliste en 1999 de tendance conservatrice. Il en fut le candidat au poste de Président des États-Unis lors de l'Élection présidentielle des États-Unis d'Amérique 1992 (en tandem avec Albion Knight, Jr.) et en 1996 (en tandem avec Herb Titus), sous l'ancien nom du parti: US Taxpayers Party. Il se présenta également en 2000 (en tandem avec Curtis Frazier).
