La technologie HCMOS (High speed CMOS) est à peu près équivalente à la HCT (High-speed Cmos Ttl). Elle a pour intérêt de pouvoir être connectée à la sortie d'un TTL. Le HCMOS est un dérivé du CMOS (c'est-à-dire une technologie à base de transistors CMOS) mais rapide. Contrairement au CMOS, le HCMOS tout comme le HCT est conçu pour être alimenté entre 2 et 5 V.
