Harvest est un éditeur spécialisé dans les logiciels d'aide à la décision financière, patrimoniale et fiscale, destinés essentiellement à une clientèle de grands comptes dans la banque et l'assurance. La société dispose par ailleurs d’une offre logiciel destinée directement aux particuliers en matière de fiscalité.

Histoire

Créée en 1989 par Brice Pineau et Jean-Michel Dupiot, Harvest a développé une spécialisation dans l'intégration de processus fiscaux, sociaux, financiers et patrimoniaux dans des logiciels de simulation. La compagnie compte divers acteurs majeurs de la banque et de l'assurance en France et plus de 700 conseillers en gestion de patrimoine (CGP) indépendants. Fin décembre 2005, Harvest a réalisé sa première opération de croissance externe, en faisant l’acquisition de la société Quantix Finances. Courant 2007, Harvest achète O2S afin de renforcer sa position auprès des CGP indépendants en proposant une offre complétée par un outil d'agrégation de compte.
