HALCA (« Highly Advanced Laboratory for Communications and Astronomy »), connu sous le nom de MUSES-B avant son lancement, est un satellite artificiel muni d'un radiotélescope de 8 mètres de diamètre. Lancé le 12 février 1997, HALCA fut le premier satellite à utiliser la technique d'interférométrie à très longue base. La mission prit fin officiellement en novembre 2005.
