Groupe Grosvenor
Le Groupe Grosvenor est une société immobilière entièrement détenue par le Duc de Westminster et sa famille. A la base, les ancêtres du Duc sont des grands propriétaires terriens à Mayfair, Belgravia et Knightsbridge; ils ont aussi développé Pimlico mais par la suite ont vendu leurs actifs dans cette région. Le groupe est devenu un acteur majeur dans le développement immobilier à l'étranger avec des actifs en France (les marchés de Serpette & Paul-Bert, sur lesquels est organisé le marché aux puces de Saint-Ouen en Seine-Saint-Denis), aux Etats-Unis, Canada, Brésil, Australie, Japon et dans un grand nombre de pays européens.
