Great Place To Work Institut France est la filiale française d'un réseau mondial de cabinets-conseilsl en gestion des ressources humaines fondé en 1988 par Robert Leverton [1]

En collaboration avec Le Figaro-RÉUSSIR, elle décerne tous les ans un prix des entreprises françaises « où il fait bon travailler ».

En 2008, pour les entreprises française de plus de 1000 salariés, on trouve :

Ce classement est repris chaque année par la plupart des journaux économiques[2] et les portails consacrés à la gestion des relations humaines[3]. Il sert alors à mettre en avant les bonnes pratiques dans ce domaine

Un des éléments importants de son index est la confiance[4] que les salariés accordent à leur entreprise.
