Great Place To Work Institut France est la filiale française d'un réseau mondial de cabinets-conseils en gestion des ressources humaines fondé en 1988 par Robert Levering[1]

En collaboration avec Le Figaro-RÉUSSIR, elle décerne tous les ans un prix des entreprises françaises « où il fait bon travailler ».

En 2011, pour les entreprises françaises de moins de 500 salariés, on trouve :

  • 1ère place : OCTO, cabinet de conseil en Systèmes d'Information
  • 2ème place : W.L.Gore and Associes
  • 3ème place : Accuracy

Pour les entreprises de plus de 500 salariés, on trouve :

  • 1ère place : Pepsico France
  • 2ème place : Microsoft France
  • 3ème place : Leroy Merlin France

Ce classement est repris chaque année par la plupart des journaux économiques[2] Un des éléments importants de son index est la confiance[3] que les salariés accordent à leur entreprise.
