La FFTRI organise un Grand Prix qui compte cinq épreuves. Cette épreuve est un championnat de France des clubs de 1re division.
Le Grand Prix de triathlon 2008 se déroule du 17 mai au 21 septembre 2008.
Principe
- Un circuit annuel constitué de 5 étapes
- 16 équipes masculines et 14 équipes féminines engagées
- 5 concurrents chargés de ramener des points pour leur équipe
- Le titre de Champion de France des Clubs de D1 est déterminé à l'issue de la dernière étape
