Al Nahyan
La tribu des Al Nahyan (آل نهيان) est la dynastie régnante à Abu Dhabi depuis le milieu du XVIIIe siècle et qui assure la présidence des Émirats arabes unis depuis l'indépendance du pays en 1971.
Egalement connu sous le nom d'Al Bufalah, c'est la dynastie la plus ancienne d'Arabie, puisqu'elle règne dans le pays depuis le XVIIIe siècle. La famille appartient à la confédération des Bani Yas.
Les Al Nahyan étaient minoritaires au sein de cette confédération, mais jouaient néanmoins un rôle important en désignant le chef de tribu.
Le président des Émirats arabes unis, Khalifa bin Zayid Al Nahyan, est issu de cette famille.
