Francis est un village américain situé dans le comté de Summit, dans l’Utah. Selon le recensement de 2000, sa population s’élève à 698 habitants. Densité : 50,3 hab./km² (130,3 hab./mi²). Histoire
Francis a été établi en 1869 par un mormon. Il a été nommé en hommage à Francis M. Lyman, un des responsables de l’Église mormone d’alors.
