Flat Eric est une petite peluche jaune qui est apparue dans les publicités Levis Sta-prest. Il est alors avec son ami Angel en Californie, tous deux recherchés par la police.
Il fait aussi son apparition en 1999 dans le clip de Mr. Oizo Flat Beat.
Flat Eric a été conçu par Jim Henson's Creature Shop (auteur également des Muppets). Il mesure à peu près 60 cm (2 ft).
C'est le musicien Mr. Oizo qui détient les droits sur la peluche.
