Les Étudiants démocrates européens (European Democrat Students en anglais, EDS) sont une organisation européenne étudiante. Elle regroupe plus de 400 000 membres provenant de 39 pays d’Europe. L’UNI est la branche française de l’EDS. En 1997, l'EDS est, officiellement, devenue l'organisation étudiante du Parti populaire européen. Considérée comme une ONG du Conseil de l'Europe, l'EDS est aussi un partenaire de l'UNESCO depuis 1997 et de l'OSCE depuis 1999. Elle dispose par ailleurs de représentants au sein du Conseil National de la Jeunesse. Il s'agit de Steven-Paul Pioro (titulaire).
