Elizabeth est une ville située dans le comté de Union, dans l'État du New Jersey, aux États-Unis. Au recensement de l'an 2000, la ville était peuplée de 120 568 habitants, constituant ainsi la quatrième ville la plus peuplée du New Jersey. Selon une estimation de 2004, la ville serait peuplée de 124 724 habitants. Elle est le siège du comté de Union.
