East Rutherford est une ville du New Jersey, États-Unis. Elle est située dans la banlieue ouest de New York. Sa population est 8 798 habitants d'après le recensement de 2007.

La ville est célèbre pour son Meadowlands Sports Complex qui inclut le Izod Center où jouent les New Jersey Nets (NBA) et les Devils du New Jersey (LNH) à domicile ; et le Giants Stadium qui héberge aussi bien les équipes NFL des New York Giants et les New York Jets que les Red Bull New York (MLS). Ce qui fait d'East Rutherford la seule ville de moins de 10 000 habitants à avoir cinq équipes sportives professionnelles.
